Legal for Direct Downloads?

  Is it legal for us to download anime through some fan sites? Because it's actually much faster to direct download the anime from the site than using Bittorrent. :/

  Its not legal.
  But if you direct dl almost impossible for AVPAS to catch you.

  Direct or P2P, both not legal until you pay.
