  Must combine some programs together, most basic is:
  
  Adobe Golive CS2
  Photoshop CS3
  
  Comlicated abit:
  CSS
  HTML
  XHTML
  PHPBB
  then put some VBS
  and
  Design using Photoshop
  
  then, use dreamweaver, make alll the things together,
  
  then ftp up to the blog server
  
  yes, dreamweaver, golive all are veri expensive software
  
  W3School ish a website that teaches HTML, XML, all the L(languages) thingy for web designers

  Before programs, you need to know how to use HTML first... W3Schools is for that...
