How do I do these in Blogspot:-
1) insert a picture in the post
2) insert a link in the post
eg. a website link (in my post)
3) if i use statcounter.com to track traffic
where do i put the code?
(i don't understand their instruction - dunno paste the generated code where...)

maybe starting a blog is not a good idea afterall.

If you are using Rich Text editors, just move your mouse over each of the picture. It will tell you which one is for inserting picture, inserting link, etc.

i managed to install the stat counter on my blog liao, after pasting the code
but i thot i am supposed to be able to see who reads my blog? -

tat depends on which title liao. the title bar confirm cannot, anything use just use can liao.

Unless you own the blog aka buying a domain name. -

for image -

Sometimes the code is not accepted by yr template, just contact the service provider, statcounter in this instance.
Anyway, this is not the right place to ask this question. Lots of help at google blogs help.
It takes a while to get the hang of it. If you are using blogpsot, statscounter is not a problem.

You can try using a chatbox, which gives you the IP address. -

I am using it on my blog for ages already =) But of course you can only see the IP address... Yeah.. I am using blogspot of course..
Edit: Oh sorry, maybe I misread, you can't probably see IP adds with that counter. But with the one I stated above, yep u can see.. -

Also you can insert anything into your blogspot la.. As long as you have a place to host the stuff, like pictures go to photobucket.com and so on.. I designed my own blog quite a few times, here is the new layout, very geeky let me warn you.

I just bought a domain thats all. But underlying is actually blogspot. you can insert anything in anyway la. But need to know HTML and CSS a bit.. =) -
