  e6420 overclocked to 3.2ghz ( 400mhz multiplier X8 ) vcore 1.432v. vdimm 2v. ram im using ddr2-667
  present ram timings 4.4.4.12 2T. can it get better?

  actually the RAM timings are already quite ok, there is not much difference in real world performance.Maybe you want to try upping your vdimm and pushing your processor further?

  There is really no way for anyone to know exactly what should be the best timing even if someone else have the same exact configuration and with the same parts manufacturers. You just have to up and work your way down or down and work your way up the clocking to achieve a stable test run prior to running your applications with benchmarking in the background for performance results. Since you have did so for your CPU you can do the same for the RAMs
