Nearly all branded PCs have a hidden recovery partition... need to activate it by pressing some buttons and it will be done for you.Originally posted by caleb_chiang:I wonder... how to reformat laptop when it does not come with any CDs...![]()
sure. when i turn on the computer the computer keeps making an error sound, but as soon as i press F11, the sound stops. When i entered Windows XP, usually when I right click, i will hear the computer making the typing sound but this time another version. Same thing, i pressed F11 and the sound stops. However, sometimes the XXXXXXX just automatically type out itself again...i have checked and there is no problem with my keyboard. i think the computer automatically press XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX one...i reformatted and installed Windows XP again but the issue persists...haizOriginally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:???

Do you have a spare keyboard? Try changing one, see if it helps.Originally posted by panda_panda:sure. when i turn on the computer the computer keeps making an error sound, but as soon as i press F11, the sound stops.
