  SWF file is easy to save... directly link it and save the file.
  
  And open it with any other players other than Windows Media Player.

  Eh.. Still cant. I press the dnload button and i got http error.. I rite click save, the file is only few kbs.. Sob sob.. How u dnload one lifeisgood?

  I tried using videodownloader plugin.
  
  Successfully got the source link but the file just does not seem to be downloading.
  
  Is there a new protection or what?
  
  I know youtube's got it. Used to get speed like 200kb with flashget, not only at 20. And half the time the download will be dead before completion.

  i've sucessfully downloaded it.. its a 70+ mb file..
  
  after i uploaded the file then i give u the link again..

  then open the file in vlc player

  clear your cache
  
  reload the file again - note the time
  
  open your cache folder, then search for the flv file(file's creation time shld be the same as the time you load the file), copy the file to somewhere
  
  then open it with FLV player or convert to other formats...
  
  tada. works for any type of flv files.

  i got it working, yeah thanks all! cant directly use the videodnloader from mozilla, must open a new tab. rite click save as
