wireless connection problem

yea so basically in the morning around 7-9 it was working fine then 9 till now i got that error message - anyone knows how to solve it?

You using whose wireless?
If it's yours... try refreshing the Windows list of wireless networks.
If it's not yours... don't complain. -
If its urs - check if the router self-restarted - most common wif LinkSys routers

the error message is my own of course
for now ah..dun ask how im using...but i keep trying to connect to the wireless always hang at that message though...singtel not having any problems right? -
oh ya when i refresh the list of wireless that are there = my own wireless is there with a star sign but it doesnt connect if u get wat i mean and i search online they said need reset the router or some things
im not using linksys but speedtouch though -
well still have the problem
i switched off then on the router power
then when i tested it on desktop = it stop at acquiring network address - until it say low or limited connectivity
when tested on laptop = the SSID doesnt even appear on the wireless network....
how? -

had to called the technical help for singnet-step by step description on how to fixed it(40 mins to solve it )
in the end he said i entered the wrong WEP key + radio channel is wrong.. -

Singnet is really crap.
I tried all settings before, never have a problem. -

before that it was set onto auto
then must change to manual radio channel 7
then he said the cause of problem was because they give bad channel therefore cannot detect ... and the radio channel is use from 6-12

singnet is crap with their troubleshooting.
different CSO gives different troubleshooting methods and explainations, which totally defers.
i was once told the channel settings thing and when i got d/c again some time later, i'm told another story for the channel settings.
obviously singnet and singtel wouldnt admit if they have a problem, which you wouldnt know if they do. they die die ask you to toubleshoot and insist nothing wrong is with them.
they will push blame to your 1) router, 2) wireless adapter, 3) pc settings/compatibility, 4) because it is wireless but never their fault.
