cannot shut down comp.

  will have to wait few minutes till i will only have options to change user or log off.
  
  despite pressing on shit down button.
  
  if i click on log off it will have the same options as above.
  
  another strange thing is , when i turn off the main switch and turn it on again immediately , my comp will turn boot on again .

  Err............
  
  It's due to viruses removing the Shutdown button. I will repair that once I find out how to...

  Could be due to static electricity stored.

  restart comp then only can use net. then will die off again.
  
  restarting too many times will affect the comp right?

  Please copy and paste the following into Notepad:
  
  REGEDIT4
  
  [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Program Manager\Restrictions]
  "NoClose"=dword:00000000
  
  Click on File > Save As....
  
  In the File Name box, copy and paste in fix.reg
  In the Save as type box, select All Files from the drop-down list.
  
  Click Save.
  
  Double click on fix.reg. It will prompt you about merging. Click Yes.
