Is there a way to always allow scripted windows?

  Using Internet Explorer 7...
  i need to allow it becos some blogs they put password and when scripted window does not pop up it will redirect mi to another site, like their friendster
  
  and i got 1 very curious and important question
  WHY THE HELL THE MICROSOFT WEBSITE AND THOSE BIG COMPANY (eg. nvidia) WEBSITE INTERNET SPEED SO SLOW ONE??!?!?!!?
  at most... and at most i got is 50 kb/s
  my singnet plan is 5mbps, and normally when i download from some sites the average speed is around 500 kb/s, which is 10 times much faster
  WHY THEY SO RICH BUT DUN WANT TO UPGRADE THEIR INTERNET SPEED???

  Second question - bandwidth allocated is fixed. If a lot of users are downloading at the same time, the download speed will be slower. Also don't forget that some users use download managers to increase the download speeds, which can cause speeds to go down as well.

  ok thx...
  about using download managers, if i split the file download into 10 seperate parts, does each part DLs @ 50kb/s speed?
