Speaker's Volume

  my PC is plugged in with a USB TV adaptor that needs 2 USB ports to be plugged in...the sound coming from my speaker is very soft....
  
  if the same TV card and speaker are plugged in to my laptop...I dont have problems with the speaker's volume.
  
  anyone knows what's the problem?Could it be the PSU's power output not enough?

  The usual suspects. Open Volume Control and check that under Wave column, the slider is right at the top, not near the bottom.
  
  Make sure sounds are coming out from two speakers, not one (unless you have one)

  volume checked.
  
  sound coming from both speakers...just that they are very soft.
