  I m Currently using this

  Do you think i should switch to this?

  I m quite tempted to do that, but Will it be laggy if i play games?

  I won't do it, if you ask me. Although it has more RAM, the processor is set to use power efficiently, which means there will be compromise somewhere.

  It should be able to handle multi-tasking better than the Sony machine (though chances it might not be due to the processor), as it has more RAM. But the lack of processor speed is already a big minus.

  my Sony has the same Amt of ram as it which is @ 1gb too, yea, and the 800mhz is a big minus, that's why i m confused cause it's smaill design 6+ inches and tablet function attracts me to it

  If you want gaming, the screen can't be too small, details can't be seen. If it's for general uses, well, it's up to you to decide. Considering that it's a tablet, its power saving feature may attract you, especially if you are on the move all the time. This will be a critical factor. If you aren't, I will recommend sticking to the current one that you have.
  
  When playing games, it will most probably lag. Not due to lack of RAM, but the processor's speed.

  UMPC is not designed to game or to handle intensive multi-task.It is more like a compromise betweeen PDA and laptop for those roadwarriors who need to do word processing on the go and needs a larger screen than that of a PDA
