Any good freeware that can rip videos?

  Sometimes, I have those adobe flash videos or whatsoever (similar to what you see on Youtube but I dun mean videos on that kind of video-sharing sites) that I want to save and watch it without going to the site. I want to know if there is any good freeware that allows me to do that. (Rip and encode)
  
  Currently, I'm using Snagit but it's only a trial version and gonna expire soon. Any help?

  Once expired, uninstall it, then go to registry and remove all Snagit registry entries and reinstall it.

  Okay, how do I proceed on from Registry Editor? Where will these entries normally be?
  
  EDIT: Wait, I think I found them:
  
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SOFTWARE
  
  That's the only place the entries are, right? And I only need to delete those, right?

  Just delete Snagit, don't touch the rest.
