is the paypal thing a scam?

  Subject : You've added an additional email address to your PayPal account.
  
  You have added [email protected] as a new email address for your Paypal
  account. If you don't agree with this email and if you need assistance with your

  Please do not reply to this email. This mailbox is not monitored and you will not
  receive a response.

  The above ones ARE a scam.. If u have a paypal account, go verify it with paypal website.. Confirm they say scam one..

  If you have a PayPal account, go to PayPal website (don't follow the email link, type in yourself) and check.
  
  Most likely it isn't real.

  No problem. As a Paypal user, I would like such misleading email and address to be taken off to prevent any inconveniences to fellow user.
