  It block any cellphone signal inside building/installation that has it.
  Useful for cineplex,boardroom,place of worship etc.So no distraction from
  people chatting on cellphone/handphone.

  Just got two offer.
  
  One company from China that offer per piece for USD 65. Another is
  from a Malaysian who offer for RM900! Hah!
  
  The thing with the China offer is...you got buy at least 10 pieces.
  
  You guys sure that i need a license to buy these.

  This is Singapore, mind you. You can't get such devices at your own will. If you get them, pray hard that you aren't caught.
