Is it possible to upgrade the laptop graphics card?

  NO you can not upgrade. the chip set which you bought is fixed.(G-seris) and there is no option to upgrade unless you buy a new one.
  
  where by if ur motherboard is P-series you may able to upgrade but as they say cost a bomb.
  
  FYI: hardly anyone do upgrade for laptops VGA.

  It's not advisable to... because laptops are portables... if you want external hardware and don't want to sacrifice anything, they will make so many changes that you rather you buy a PC instead.
