Convert WMV to 3GP

  hi
  is there any free program which enable the user to convert frm those basic video/movie format to a 3gp format?as i wan to some MV to 3gp format

  Technically, its possible, but in actual fact, its "impossible" i think.
  
  The quality u get will be "lousy"
  
  When it is in WMV format, the file is already filtered to the core, means the "unnecessary" and sounds which we cant hear are removed.
  
  3PG format = need those datas, so even if u convert, u dont get those datas back...

  oh... so when wmvconverted, 'lousy' quality is produce den if i wan 'good' or 'normal' quality use which format to convert better n wat program?
