MobTV or www.RecordTV.com - which is better?

  Any thoughts on MobTV vs. RecordTV.com? RecordTV.com (www.recordtv.com)is free, but cannot see from overseas...

  They are two different things.

  According to their FAQ, it is. Whether it is true, must ask IDA and MDA.

  yes, slingbox is nice, but need hardware lah! same with smartv
