  Which is your ISP, and on which site are you trying to watch online TV?

  It might be your security settings. Check if anything is blocking the connections.
  
  As for online TV... if the file sizes are huge... be prepared to wait very long.
  
  Also, if more than one users are using the Internet... it will slow down quite a bit.

  If you have a firewall... check that it's not blocking the P2P program
  
  If you are using Windows Firewall... go to Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall
  
  Check that the P2P Program is not on the block list

  are u in a private network or a pubilic ?
  if u r in a private network,you must enable NAT in ur Router.

  ISP = Internet Service Provider...singnet,starhub etc
