Urgent help needed!

I keep getting recurring BSOD messages like
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, BAD_POOL_HEADER.
The technical information shows:
STOP: 0x000000A
STOP: 0x000008E for 2 seperate random BSOD errors
Also, my laptop has 2 ram slots. So i filled both with 512 MB ram and basically, when i run on one 512 MB ram, the BSOD messages wont appear. However, when i place both back in, I will keep getting those Blue Screen errors and I cant even boot up properly. I have gone back to Kwiktron like 5 times (Harvey Norman warranty) but they have been unable to solve my problem! Furthermore, when I stick my USB mouse in, the screen will become fuzzled with colours (the screen will have like multitude of colours) and then my laptop will hang eventually.
P.S my computer crashed once before and I have gotten it back already. They replaced my motherbot chip and hard disk drive.
Please help, I really have no idea whats the problem. Give me a solution!!

You slot in X (without Y) and see if you have problems.
If not you slot in Y (without X) and see if you have problems. -
Basically thats what I did to ascertain that it isnt my Ram problem. But when I slot both in, the BSOD error will occur again.
I dont know what exactly is the root of the problem... -
0X0000000A error - does it have any file? It's usually a .sys file.
Stop Windows from restarting after a BSOD:
1. Right click My Computer, select Properties.
2. Select the Advanced tab.
3. Under Startup and Recovery, click on the Settings button.
4. Under System Failure, untick this box: Automatic restart.
5. Click OK to apply the settings.
Whenever Windows crashes, note down the full 0X0000000A error. After noting down the error, restart the computer manually. Post back the error message.
0x000008E error - either one of your RAM slots are faulty, or one of your RAM sticks are faulty, based on your description. -
0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL An attempt was made to access pageable memory at a process internal request level (IRQL) that was too high. A process can only access objects that have priorities (IRQL) of equal or lower priority than its own. This is usually caused by a device driver using improper addresses

You've added rams and causing errors? if that so, then try to take out some rams, then if it goes normally, probably bios have to set something or needed to update.

Both rams are working fine, I think it is the most probably the Ram Stick cannot read the Ram correctly or something.
Also, the error is winsys32.k or something like that. I cannot recall it offhand and then my windows xp now stuck at the loading bar... either that or else chkdisk will run and then boot up to my user and after logging in, it will BSOD again.

Do you have the original XP disc? Note that it's not the Recovery Disc.

XP Recovery Disc - Restore Windows back to factory mode, which means it leaves you with little choice. You can call it a reformat and reinstallation of Windows. -

The 0X0000008E error is due to hardware. If the Harvey Norman team can't do a proper job, bring it to the official helpdesk. Most laptop manufacturers do have a official helpdesk here. As for the 0X0000000A error, since you have neither, I suppose they loaded Windows in a hidden partition, of which pressing certain buttons will trigger it. Back up all your files, read the laptop manual on how to activate the hidden partition and reinstall Windows. That's one way.
Another way will be to note down the 0X0000000A error, especially the file affected.
Try and see if you can boot into Safe Mode. If you can, I can try to help, though it's not a guarantee. -
Ok basically my lappy conked out again after I posted the last reply. I am now currently using my desktop to reply. I can hear the whirring of the lappy starting up but the screen remains blank still. Only through some sort of miracle, the system can boot up and go to the WIN XP screen. But again, after logging in for approximately 5 minutes, my lappy hangs again.
I have yet to experience any BSOD errors today but the system just hangs by iteself.
I have noted the BSOD errors yesterday though and the several STOP errors are as follows:
***STOP: 0x0000008E(0XC000001D, 0X804DC0F5, 0XEDE32B90, 0X00000000)
STOP: 0X000000A(0XFFFFFFFC, 0X000000FF, 0X00000001, 0X804DF15F)
Also the error of win32k.sys appeared yesterday too.
Kwiktron which I have paid like 5 visits too have not given me any solution at all. They presumed that all is fine since when they returned me my lappy, It didnt have any problems at all starting up and I could connect to their wireless at their place. But when I got home to try downloading some stuffs (work), the BSOD error messages started appearing. I went back and got a new ram from them thinking that the ram maybe the problem, but it still doesnt work.
So is there any solution that might work? *crosses fingers*

Since you are getting the 0X0000008E error, it's clear that it's not your RAM that is facing problem, but the RAM slots. A new motherboard is required.
Try booting up into Safe Mode and let it run. Run programs that are in Windows. Like Solitaire, Freecell, etc. If it doesn't give blue screen, go to either C:\i386 or C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 folder and copy win32k.sys to C:\WINDOWS\system32
Also, if your onboard graphics card is by Nvidia... then... erm... it's common. A lot of problems have been reported with Nvidia cards, especially win32k.sys giving BSOD...
Usually, reinstalling Windows will help. Try copying the win32k.sys file over and see how first. If it doesn't solve the problem, try reformatting and reinstalling Windows. Back up your files before doing so. If it's not possible due to the crashing... split the backing up job separately. -
