  can it be fix back

  u can solder back if u want then use duct tape and taope it.

  If the cable inside comes with color coded wire you can bare some lengths of the rubber sheathe andtwist the copper strands together before insulating every wire. You can get those colored insul tape from most grocery shops. If you are confident of identifying the correct wire joint the power adaptor with cable can actually be re-used but of course at a risk. It is still recomended to have the rubber overmold insulation as what the product was when you bought it.
