help my disc drive got problem

  my Acer lap is using a Matshita dvd-ram UJ-85JS ytd when i put in a dvd wan to watch it cannot play when i open device manager this states : Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) i already reinstalled in but still cannot. any 1 knows how to solve? if not i muz bring down to Acer liao =(

  Uninstall the driver. Reboot and let Windows reinstall it for you.
  
  1. Right click My Computer, select Properties
  2. Select the Hardware tab
  3. Click on Device Manager
  4. Under DVD/CD-ROM Drives, click on the + sign next to it to see a list of devices
  5. Right click on your DVD drive and select Uninstall
  
  Restart computer.

  Try here. Sometimes Windows drivers don't work.

  haiz i think im fated to go down to acer the webby dun have cd driver ..i think next saturday i go down Acer.
