  Hey y'all just asking whats the most powerful processor available in s'pore?
  quad core?
  and if there's such a thing as a quad-duo core

  Yes, Quad core is 4 core in one processor, so by right it is the fastest unless you are talking about overclocking ..
  And there is no such thing as a Quad-duo core.

  So far, it is quad-core... although I think I may have seen 8-core somewhere.
