i went to the windows site for assistance and they said the type secpol.msc in the RUN window and i did and got the msg "Windows cannot find 'secpol.msc'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again"
any ideas?
besides using the program tweakUAC of course. i have that one and it works well. but it can't change what UAC blocks or not only switch it on, off or to leave in background.
UAC is part of Vista. Secpol is for Windows 2000 and Windows XP and the same commands probably won't work on Vista.
Either that, you are using a version of Vista that doesn't allow you to change policies.
