  are CHIMEI and HannsG LCD Panels any good?
  (for office use... no need gaming standards...)
  
  which brand of LCD Panel more reliable
  
  Phillips? LG? Samsung? Acer? BenQ?

  If you are really on a budget... just go for these 2. Although I've never used them, some people I've met have good things to say about it. For quality ones, I would go for Phillips or Viewsonic.
