if it's vista, ccclearner doesnt really work well with it, quite buggy imo, sometimes it does detect that there are files to be deleted, but when i click run cleaner, it shows that eg: 300mb is deleted (temporary internet files), but in the end, the files, history ect is still in IEOriginally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:CCleaner.

Vista completely re-build, I don't expect it to work really well.
