'EZ-Canvas' attachable acryl panel that can transform regular LCS/CRT monitor into a pen-driven touch-screen. The two super sonic sensors located on the top of both sides of the panel can detect movement of a pen and the pen locates a mouse pointer. This acryl panel can be used as either a touch screen or a tablet pc.

One of my sub contractors has something similar for CRT monitors as well, but its bigger and thicker, probably cheaper.
But its so sensitive, your finger doesn't even need to touch the damn screen. -
