Internal Power Error when booting into safe mode?

  Resource conflict, particularly your mouse, keyboard, and whatever that's integrated (sound, graphics, network).

  You mean even though it is a stand-alone laptop? With nothing else plugged in, nothing else touched...
  
  It only happens when booting into safe mode... I was thinking that it might be a driver problem.

  Yes. Especially laptops, since they basically integrated everything (how else everything fits into a small box?)

  After I do windows update, everything seems to be ok now...
  
  Guess for my case, it may be due to software...
