my sound system cant play sounds from youtube n those which use similar sound programs with youtube(those web-based videos)
when i play the video, onli the visuals appear, but theres no sound. iTunes, windows media player, background music in blogs, game music n stuff can still play.
can help?whats wrong with my sound system?

Are you sure that for those web-based videos the sounds are not muted?

I don't know whether it may be the cause...
Is your iTunes or Windows Media Player or any background music in blogs playing? -

Yes, they will come back when you restart, if it's in the registry to do so. Otherwise, no. -

Old version of Flash don't work well. Can you try with the latest version of Flash?
Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
Locate Adobe Flash Player ActiveX. Click on Change/Remove to uninstall it.
Download and install the latest version of Flash: http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
