nid sum help wif mkv video format

  if a video is in mkv format
  
  by rite l nid a media classic player cos it support mkv format
  
  but y juz now l download the player le..and the screen is still black, never show video but got the sound
  
  it says there is a error...nid to download sum codecs to work properly...this kind of codecs safe to download anot?

  From trustable sources, yes. Or convert it if you don't trust it.

  use g spot to test out the video, maybe one of your codec is corrupted

  gabest.org is the website that hosts Media Player Classic. This website is already dead. You can still download from Sourceforge.

  l download the vlc player which doesnt need codecs...but mayi..l noticed that the vlc player dun hav a uninstallation lehs...what if one day l need to delete it? how?

  If you can install, it can be uninstalled. Can't find, locate it in its folder, usually C:\Program Files\VLC Player. There is a file called uninst.exe or unin00.exe or names that start with unin.
  
  If you run it without installation, it doesn't need to be uninstalled. Just delete the whole VLC folder.

  go Download...VLC...search vlc player in yahoo...i oso got this problem...video cant play wit wmp..or media classic player...so use vlc..then can...

  jz download the k-lite codec... or use vlc..

  go www.free-codecs.com and search for cccp or combined community codec pack
  
  or if you're lazy just go for vlc player
