When i play a video clip using nero

how come i hear the sound, before i hear the video?
i.e., i hear the sound for scene two, while i'm still at scene 1.
i don't think it's the problem with the video though.
anyone experiences something like this before? -
I don't recommend using nero to play videos.

hmm, then what do you recommend that displays subtitles?

Windows media player classic. But sometimes its coz the subs have its timing to another version of the same video but some lazy subbers don't bother to retime it, and just stick it as it is, hence.

kk thanks. got it already.
but when i'm playing the file, i go under play -> subtitles =/ but i don't get the option of clicking subtitles (i.e.) it's faded out.
i want to display my subtitles NAO!
