Frankly Speaking, Vista Is not worth it, as if u are using a laptop, the battery drains quicker then ever.
It's also really ram intense. Can feel the diff if u use vista and xp pro with 1gb ram.
For Vtp7.0 it's quite okay, nt as ram intensive and not battery drinker as the real vista (about the same time as xp).
But i have to warn that, as this is a 3rd partysoftware, it might screw up your system as it deals with your system files. And You Will not get the Aero Interface (unless u have the registered version of windows blinds) nor Flip 3d unless u download other 3rd party software from other sites.
there is however, there is a vista sidebar and the live thumbnails which is pretty useful and good Imo. You will also get ur boot screen changed to windows vista instead of xp and a vista login screen (although both differ little from the real vista) and other quite similar features like in xp.
To enable all features of this transformation pack, u need at least 512mb of ram.
and nop, i m not their advertiser.
