HELP! anyone from SIM? I have problems installing Mathcad...

  on win xp pc. it says "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

  I presume that this is on a laptop? Can you please post the brand name and model number?

  on both pc and laptop same problem......

  I don't believe it's coincidental that both XP machines have a corrupted file.
  
  Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling Mathcad?
