What Is Wrong With My Connection?

Hmm, connection is fine la...
but... the packets receive is very very slow and little...
example..now is 33000... 33001...33002.... then like tat..the loading of page is disrupted... then sumtimes no activity....
its like receiving 1 bytes at a time...
how to remedy it?...
as i typed this out..i checked.... now is only 33008

If yes, Singnet has been facing technical problems since last week or last few weeks. The internet connections have been screwed up lately.
