Singtel user send sms, Starhub user cnt receive?

This has been going on for about a month already.
I am a Singtel subscriber. Sometimes when I sms my gf who's using Starhub prepaid card her hp does not receive my sms. I checked my sent items folder and my sms is indeed shown as 'sent'. Sometimes the sms is sent properly, but recently there have been much more instances where smses go 'missing'...
Anyone has similar experiences or know how to remedy this? I've already shot a complain email to singel customer service, but no reply yet... -
i encounter this problem last year.. i sent a hundreds of smses to starhub prepaid user but the user received none.. the problem was solved by changing the phone of the prepaid user..
this problem occur again last week.. i sent tons of smses to starhub prepaid user but non can receive mine.. problem solved automatically after a couple of hours..
my sister also encounter this problem.. she couldnt sent to numbers which start with 8.. but problem solved when she call their technical support officers..
my conclusion, blame starhub..
