Responsibilities:
Conduct trainings, seminars, presentations and updates of product information to customers.
Provide technical, application, warranty, testing and commissioning support to VAPs, distributors and customers.
Preparation and participation in exhibition.
Liaise with R&D and Manufacturing on new and updated products information.
To design and develop customised software for in-house use.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Hands on development experience with PHP, mySQL, LAMP Preferred skill(s): HTML, JAVA, Windows, Linux, database, networking, RF modulation, DVB, Transport Streams, IPTV, and MPEG knowledge.
Others: Experience with CGI, PERL, SNMP

Flexibility in software and hardware troubleshooting and investigation.
Excellent communication skills
