  the rightmost of the screen , where i can click and scroll.
  
  i think i click on something then gone.
  
  i think its scrollbar or something like dat. now i using roller on my mouse but i want the manual scrollbar.

  wat browser u using? or its happening in every document? if its firefox, prolly is a custom theme or add on problem. try disable one by one lor

  closed FF , Ccleaned then opened browser again and voila.
