need some help..

  hi, my fren have this problem..
  
  usually when u switch on ur com, you will hear a beep sound right. when my fren switch on his com, it doesnt have that beep sound, and he told me that his monitor doesnt have any display. he said that its not the monitor problem. sometimes the com will restart automatically.
  
  does anyone know what happen?

  The person who built this PC didn't plug in the wires... not externally, but on the motherboard itself.
  
  If he's using on-board graphics card, change motherboard or get an external graphics card.
  
  If he's using an external graphics card, get a new one and try.
