CPU loading problem

  Hi guys, currently I'm experiencing some difficulties concerning my cpu, I would like to share my experience and wonder if anyone can provide some solution to my problems.
  
  When i load my cpu, the button will light up and immediately die down, only to light up in the interval of 5-6 seconds, everytime when it light ups my cpu fan will start to run but immediately die down. To make it simply, my cpu cannot load at all, not even to the os. However, when i leave it like that, after 10-15 mins, it'll suddenly load as per normal.
  
  Anyone got any idea what is wrong with my cpu?

  Power supply unit under power? Wrong connection somewhere? Your cpu ish DIY or wat?

  yea, it's a diy computer but the comp is fixed by the guy though

  I'm thinking that it may be power issues. But before this, can you please check all your cables aren't loose.

  Yea, i've check all my cables already, there's no loose wire. Now I afraid to shut down my comp, worried that it can't start again. I donno how long it can last if i switch it on 24/7, any idea?

  Your psu looks ok. I think something wrong wif your hard disk. Last time I also encounter this problem. HDD refused to work and after I left my pc switch off for a few weeks then power up again and it works.

  maybe a badly fragmented hdd?

  Your problem sounds a bit odd. It sounds like a power issue. Whoever build this PC, probably never took precautions. Something got short somewhere, but the PC has no problems booting up after a while.
  
  This PC will need some servicing... please do not bring it to the same guy.
