convert fat32 to ntfs

  Hey guys,i just had my laptop collected from acer today after servicing and i asked them to reformat.But then they use FAT32 file system knn.
  
  Then for msn to share folder you need NTFS.But i try to convert to NTFS following the link given by msn to microsoft telling me how to do it.
  
  They tell me to :
  
  At the command prompt, type the following, where drive letter is the drive that you want to convert:
  convert drive letter: /fs:ntfs
  For example, type the following command to convert drive E to NTFS:
  convert e: /fs:ntfs
  
  I have done that but then i am prompted the following:
  
  Enter current volume label for drive c.
  
  Pls advice me on what to do for that.

  Open Command Prompt (Start > Run and type in cmd)
  
  In Command Prompt, type in the following in bold line by line, pressing Enter after each line:
  
  cd \
  dir
  
  You will see something like:
  
  

  Volume in drive C has no label.
  Volume Serial Number is 3015-B4F7

  The first line is your label.
  
  A warning though, using the MS method will format away everything.
  
  Backup everything before using this method.

  hey, try to hit f12 on acer splash screen.i think u could no longer access to acer recovery.

  Older Acer machines is F12. Newer ones, is Alt F10
