The most common is to use JavaScript to disable right click... but that can be bypassed.
Either that, make that image damn small so it makes no sense saving.

best is to put in private photos if u really dun wan others to see
JavaScript - not really.
You can put the photos in some albums... and only allow certain users to view them.
In short, no.
But as mayi has mentioned, you can use JS to disable right-click or embed the images in Flash, which should deter most non tech-savvy users from saving your images.
