high ping from speedtest.net

i notice this thing ah..cos i got 2 modem..2 diff line..one is starhub one is singtel...when i was using starhub it was super laggy i check the ping it can go up to 3 digit numbers..then when i change to singtel it was not laggy at 1st then i test the ping at speedtest.net it was about 30+..now it is 106+ then when i dl stuff the speed also decrease by alot...how do i reduce the ping? i think the ping affecting my dl speed...

Pay extra for Singnet. Singnet can be quite unstable at times... July is one example.
