download cutepdf - you then can send your word to print to pdf file
IF you really want to word to JPG - no need camera or screen shot !!!

use multiple screen shots or zoom out the document so that it fits the screen

Or another way.
Convert it to PDF, take a snapshot, copy it into MS Paint.
Convert to PDF is quite fast, take snapshot also fast, copying and pasting even faster. All done is less than 10 clicks, including installation. -
IF you really want to word to JPG - no need camera or screen shot !!!
