problem shutting down?

  lols, anyways, i just reformatted my laptop. i have a problem. i somehow changed the computer name to the exact one as my desktop and whenever i start my laptop, it will says that there is a computer with the same name in the network. is there anyway to change it? it cant be changed from my view because there is no option button. im talking about the "full computer name"

  cant. there r 2 sections. the 1st section can changed but the 2nd one cant

  No 2 same computer names in a network.
  
  1. Right click My Computer and select Properties.
  
  2. Select the Computer Name tab.
  
  3. Click on Change button.
  
  4. Type in a name for it, click OK twice to apply the changes.
  
  You will be prompted to restart, restart your computer for changes to take effect.
