Virus Problem! Help!

  I'm currently experiencing a virus problem with my computer. It was sent to me by my friend online over MSN Messenger. It is some kind of photo gallery album virus and is entitled "mygallery5156". I tried using my McAfee to get rid of it but to no avail because it keeps coming back. So has anyone ever encountered such a virus before? What program should I use to get rid of it permanently? All suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

  I've tried that program already and it still doesn't work. The virus just keeps coming back...
