Hi,
Currently, I'm using Starhub Maxonline monthly bill about $59. I only use it during weekend to check some emails. At times, play some online games and listen to online music.
My internet usage is low. Therefore, I tot of changing to cheaper plan.
I tot of changing into Singnet 1Mbps or 3Mbps Unlimited.

1Mbps from Singnet is good enough. Or you may want to go for PacNet 512Kbps plan if you aren't a heavy usage user.

Or maybe you can switch to a limited plan of you're really not downloading much music or data. A high-speed, limited broadband connection will provide you the necessary speed burst when downloading a file while keeping your bills small.
Another alternative is StarHub's FlexiSurf where you pay by day or 3-hour blocks. It's $2.50 per day, with a required minimum of 3 consecutive day of usage per month. And for the 3-hour blocks, each cost $1.61. More info through the link below.
