  I don't define it as one, not the point anyway.
  
  Looking at the technologies it support, I'm kind of doubting it. Those technologies are specifically aimed at 3G phones, although it could be used on laptops. I think there could some other things I missed out.
  
  Also, whether Starhub's network supports it is another issue.

  And at COMEX, there's the laptop with the modem attached to it and I did try to surf the Net with it, its kind of ok (to me).
  
  Is there any way or any site that I can go to truly test its potentiality and benefits? Like a speed test or smt?

  http://www.speedtest.net/ for testing speeds. Looking at several reviews, the technology has not really matured yet. One could still get decent speeds though if you are not a heavy user.
