It's where you plugged in your hard disk, CD/DVD drive, etc. That's the mobo, or motherboard. -

I'm not too sure about the battery on ur motherboard but i got mine for abt $2.30 at shop&save... My battery model is CR2032... so look out for e model name, nthin worst than buying the wrong size battery u cant change... :S -
