their job is tough....meeting weird users...
so happy that they resolved my software issue...
customers going in and expecting free replacement of cracked screen bezel...
and when the agents try to explain that damage isnt covered by warranty...
these users are like...'oh dont give me that reason....i shall complain to CASE'
Sometimes it's very frustrating, especially when your screen cracks for no reason.
I also applaud them for giving me the "Best" customer services ever...
Waited for an hr plus with just 3-4 people in front of me..Tried calling them centre to check whether my hp is ok already but all i got was engaged tone or nobody pick up the phone..Waited 1 long week for my hp to come back..Give up trying to call, went down straight to ask and they told me they are able to call me..
Asked them why they don't pick up phone call or their lines are engaged always..They say they don't have a line there and so i supposed the line phone behind the counter was a dummy phone then..And how can a company or shop do not have a phone??Then how to do any business??
