  any method to rip audio from video?? i tried use windows movie maker rip here rip there in the end cannot play wif windows media player.

  record the audio wid audacity, then export is as mp3 file

  yup. can, because audacity rips the sound directly from the sound card, so as long as u're playing anything on your computer, it will record.
  
  so must turn off the sound on your msn etc, or else the ringing sound will be on your recording
