  Why will a computer Reboot(restart) by itself?
  
  I know there is a number of reason...

  1. Virus/Spyware
  2. Auto-update
  3. 7th month

  2. Virus
  
  3. If you are on Windows, for some particular updates, it will automatically restart your computer if you don't cancel it
  
  4. Hardware or software problems, especially those that have blue screens, commonly known as BSOD
  
  5. A failed upgrade
  
  6. Not enough power supply. Usually, this will halt the starting up of a PC, but sometimes, it doesn't. If it only occurs while you run certain programs... you know what is using so much energy to trigger that.

  My friend one is sometimes can used then sometimes cannot...

  I personally feel the problem should lies in the PSU (power supply unit), trying getting a new 1, or maybe try getting a new comp

  For that sometimes that it auto restart, running any specific programs?
  
  If nothing specific triggers that... I can safely say she can dump her PC. Her motherboard is somehow unstable.

  sometimes when application hang, then ur fren angwee pless control alt del two time or more, on an old comp, it will auto restart
  if u have some programs running in bckground, then if it auto update, i might restart
  
  if every computer have a soul in it, mine is strong man.....this specs is supporting XP when i first bought it, i installed 98 on it, then i upgrade to ME, then XP, running fine 24/7

  Mine is notebook, onli a few mths old, Win Vista..when i open IE to hotmail website, it wll auto restart..tat's not everytime, but frequent..Wat shld I do?

  Do you check your Hotmail account the first thing your laptop connects to the Internet? Or after? Like after playing some games, doing your work, etc.
